PostureSmarter is an independent Australian site that helps you choose back, neck and posture support products. This page explains how we pick products, what we look at in each review, and how we keep things up to date.
How we choose products to review
- We focus on products sold on Amazon Australia, so you can check the price and delivery details yourself.
- We include a range of options, from budget to premium, rather than only the most expensive or highest-commission item.
- We prefer products with a meaningful number of buyer ratings, and we skip listings that look unreliable or have very little feedback.
What we look at in every review
- The Amazon AU listing: description, size range, materials, and what is included.
- Price: what it costs at the time we checked, so you can compare value.
- Sizing and fit: how the maker says to measure, and what buyers say about the fit.
- What verified buyers say: the common positives and complaints, including comfort, durability and sizing.
- Who it suits: who it is best for, and who should look at something else.
What we do not claim
- Our reviews are based on research and buyer feedback. We do not claim lab testing or clinical results for any product.
- We do not claim a product will treat, cure or fix a medical condition.
- We are not a health service. Everything here is general information, not medical advice. If you have ongoing pain, numbness, or pain after an injury, please see a GP or physiotherapist.
Prices and availability
Prices and stock on Amazon change often. We check prices twice a month and show the month they were last checked in the site footer. The price on Amazon at the time you buy is the one that applies. If a product becomes unavailable, we add a note to its review and point you to similar alternatives.
How we make money
PostureSmarter is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program. If you buy through our links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This does not change what we write or which products we include. Full details are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
Updates and corrections
We update guides and reviews as products, prices and availability change. If you spot a mistake or an out-of-date detail, please let us know through our Contact page and we will check it.
