What it’s like to use

The design is a classic: a memory foam base with a U-shaped cutout at the back to take pressure off the tailbone, covered in a breathable cover that comes off for washing. The listing describes it as suitable for office chairs, car seats and travel.

The listing also says it is recommended by doctors, which is a manufacturer claim we cannot verify. What we can see is the size of the review base, which is far bigger than any other seat cushion here. The $115.62 price is high for a basic foam cushion, so check the current price before you buy.

Pros

By far the largest review base (about 115,000 ratings)
